Online technical support by way of telephone or messenger is available to our existing
Customers only who have been allotted Customer ID and password.
We strive to provide this online technical support to the best of our ability to
address operational and trouble shooting problems on the products installed. However,
if the problem or query needs personal visit of our Engineer, we request our Customer
to register his complaint on support@bluebeacongroup.com with details of the problem
faced.
Note: To have support on telephone/ messenger he should be able
to give us suitable time slot when he would be available online so that we can call
him back.
