It has been observed that major Mechanized measureable Quality Controls with respect to Line, Length, Level, Building Materials and Furnishing Materials are taken. However, basic Quality Control Measures with respect to core Building Construction material and its preparation & minute but important technical construction features, workmanship, post construction care and supervision aspects are usually compromised either due to willful intent or carelessness.
Including all standard measures, Exclusive care is taken that –
- Execution of Construction is done under direct Supervision of full time dedicated, qualified and experienced Civil Engineers only
- Works are carried out strictly as per Best Civil Engineering Practices & SOPs laid by National Building Code and Bureau of Indian Standards
- Occupational Health & safety norms are followed
- Only First Quality Material is used
- Test Certificates for material are ensured from Manufacturers and Field / Lab Tests for Cement, Bricks, Blocks, Fine & Coarse Aggregate, Steel done
- To enhance the Life of Buildings and to minimize maintenance costs Special Emphasis is laid on:
- Removing efflorescence ( shora ) from Bricks before Laying
- Extensive Horizontal as well as Vertical Waterproofing through Matrix and Surface Treatment with Admixtures & Membranes
- Extensive Pest Control Treatment
- Extensive Full schedule Curing for excellent Strength
- Insulation & Testing of Pipe works at 15 kg/sq.cm Pressure
- Only Steel Shuttering and Centering is used for superb finish
- Coping, Throating, Drip course, gradients, Cornice for protecting building exteriors
- Very Good Workmanship
