Contract for Construction
Blue Beacon undertakes Construction of Building Works for Residential ( standalone villa house or multi apartment projects ), Commercial, Industrial and Institutional Projects on Contract Basis.
The Contract is entered into with Client Owner and executed for Private Owners, Public Sector Undertakings or Government Departments either through Direct Negotiations or through open Tendering Bidding process.
Such Contracts are purely on “Consideration for Construction basis” of Building Works only. The Contract can be, upon choice of the Client, either –
- For Procurement of Materials and Construction Works
- Only Structure
- Complete Structure and Interior Design Furnishings including all MEP, HVAC, Solar, Fire Fighting Services, Landscapping
- Only Specialized Services as Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems, Water Boosting Systems, Water Treatment Plants
- For Architecture, Engineering, Procurement and Construction ( EPC )
- For Project Approvals & Clearances, Architectural Service, Project Management & Planning, Engineering, Estimation & Costs, Scheduling, Procurement and Construction ( A & EPC )
There is flexibility in the services as per intent of Client.
